Terms & Conditions

This agreement covers only the specific date indicated above for The DJ Circle to provide mobile services for a fee. The DJ Circle is being retained by the client whose name appears above, as authorized by the party who agrees to the terms and conditions below as a representative of the client. Client agrees to pay all fees and deposits stated under payment info. Payment of deposit and balance due may be by credit card, money order, corporate check, or personal check. Balance due must be paid any time before the day of your event, preferably at least one week prior. The DJ CIrcle is under no obligation to book this event.

Important Information

If a client finds it necessary to cancel this agreement, the following terms and conditions will apply. All cancellations must be in writing. All monies paid towards event date will be applied towards a future event date within one year from the first canceled event. However, monies will not be applied towards any future date for cancellations received within 90 days prior to event date. All new event dates are subject to availability and the future dates event fee. Loss of deposit or forfeiture of fee is not a penalty but a compensation for loss to The DJ Circle resulting from a forgone business opportunity.
